K&L Gates advised Dash Living on majority investment of up to US$150 million by Hillhouse Investment’s Rava Partners
K&L Gates advised Dash Living on a majority investment of up to US$150 million by Rava Partners, the real assets investment arm of global investment firm Hillhouse Investment.
The investment marks a significant milestone in Dash Living’s ongoing expansion across the Asia-Pacific region and supports its strategic transformation into a fully integrated living sector asset management platform.
Dash Living, founded in 2014, is a Hong Kong-based rental housing platform and provides fully furnished, flexible lease accommodations for young professionals and digital nomads, with over 2,000 rooms under management in key cities including Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney.
Hillhouse Investment is a global investment firm that partners with businesses across sectors including healthcare, business services, real assets, and technology. Its affiliate, Rava Partners, focuses on real assets and infrastructure investments across the Asia-Pacific region.
