K&L Gates advised First Sentier Investors on the launch of its first ETF product

K&L Gates advised global asset manager First Sentier Investors on the launch of its first exchange-traded fund (ETF), the First Sentier Geared Australian Share Fund Complex ETF, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

First Sentier Investors, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, manages over AU$208 billion in assets globally. The new ETF provides investors with additional access to the existing First Sentier Geared Australian Share Fund through an ASX-quoted structure. Originally launched in 2023, the fund has been actively managed since inception.

Units in the ETF began trading on the ASX on 15 May 2025 under the ticker symbol “LEVR”.
