K&L Gates advised Invel Eudora Fund 2 GP S.à.r.l (Eudora 2) on a €111.2 million bond issuance to finance the development and redevelopment of the former Hotel Majestic in Rome. The 87-room heritage property will be repositioned as the 5-star Baccarat Hotel Rome and managed by Starwood Hotels.
Eudora 2, launched by private equity real estate firm Invel, is a real estate investment and asset manager focusing on opportunistic strategies in Southern Europe.

K&L Gates advised Invel Eudora Fund 2 GP S.à.r.l (Eudora 2) on a €111.2 million bond issuance to finance the development and redevelopment of the former Hotel Majestic in Rome. The 87-room heritage property will be repositioned as the 5-star Baccarat Hotel Rome and managed by Starwood Hotels.
Eudora 2, launched by private equity real estate firm Invel, is a real estate investment and asset manager focusing on opportunistic strategies in Southern Europe.
