Latham & Watkins advised Sunway Healthcare Holdings on its US$722 Million IPO
The Global Law firm, Latham & Watkins advised Sunway Healthcare Holdings (SHH), a leading integrated private healthcare group based in Malaysia, on its initial public offering (IPO) on Bursa Malaysia. The IPO is expected to raise approximately US$722 million and includes up to 1.97 billion shares. The offering represents the largest IPO in Malaysia in the last nine years.
