Latham & Watkins advised Shoulder Innovations on its US$75 million initial public offering
The leading international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP advised Shoulder Innovations, Inc. (“Shoulder Innovations”), a commercial-stage medical technology company transforming the shoulder surgical care market, on its initial public offering.
The offering comprised 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of US$15 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately US$75 million, excluding any exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Shoulder Innovations’ common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SI” on July 31, 2025. The offering is expected to close on August 1, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
Shoulder Innovations is exclusively focused on advancing innovative solutions for shoulder surgical care and aims to set new standards for implant technology in the orthopaedic market.
