The Global Law firm, Linklaters has advised EQT Healthcare Growth on the Luxembourg corporate steps related to the structuring and funding of its acquisition of Europa Biosite, a leading distributor of high-quality life science reagents to academic and biopharma researchers across Europe and North America.
Headquartered in Stockholm, Europa Biosite operates across 17 countries and supports more than 60,000 researchers. The company offers access to over ten million scientific products essential to life sciences research, including antibodies, biochemicals, diagnostic kits, and ethically sourced biospecimens.
This acquisition marks the third investment in EQT Healthcare Growth’s strategy to scale profitable healthcare companies with strong growth potential.
