Matouk Bassiouny advised Development Partners International on Sylndr’s Series A funding round

Matouk Bassiouny advised Development Partners International (DPI) Venture Capital, the venture arm of Development Partners International, on leading the Series A funding round of Sylndr via the Nclude Fund.

As the lead investor, DPI Venture Capital, through the Nclude Fund, continues to support mission-driven founders delivering transformative, technology-led solutions across Africa and the Middle East.

The funding round raised a total of USD 15.7 million from all participating investors. The capital will help Sylndr accelerate its operational growth, strengthen its technology infrastructure, and expand its offerings for both consumers and dealers.

The Matouk Bassiouny team was led by Mohamed Essam (Partner, Head of Corporate and M&A UAE Offices and ECVC), with support from Moustafa Rizk (Senior Associate) and Ahmad Hatem Mazen (Associate).
