Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy Advised Tasaheel on EGP 3.7485 Billion Securitization Transaction
Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (“MBH”) advised Tasaheel for Financing (“Tasaheel”) in connection with an EGP 3,748,500,000 securitization transaction, representing the third issuance under Capital’s Twelfth securitization program, with a total aggregate value of EGP 20 billion.
