Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Eversheds Sutherland advised Nile Global Inc, a multinational technology leader in enterprise Network as a Service (NaaS), on its strategic joint venture with solutions by stc, a digital transformation enabler in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
The joint venture, named “Nile MEA”, aims to deploy advanced and secure AI-driven networking solutions throughout Saudi Arabia and the MEA region, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. The collaboration will enhance both companies’ capabilities in delivering secure, high-performance wired and wireless network infrastructure.
The advisory team was led by Walid J. Salib (Partner and Head of M&A – Saudi Arabia), with support from Faisal Al Shaikh and Matthew Carter (Corporate Associates, Riyadh, Doha and Abu Dhabi offices). On the intellectual property aspects, the team included Lucrezia Berto (Senior Associate) and Andrew Garbett (Principal Associate).
