In addition, the firm advised Overberg RROT (RF) Proprietary Limited, a shareholder in the project, on the execution and closing of the required equity financing, led by Mali Cossie (Director), with financing provided by the Development Bank of Southern Africa.
The Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa team was led by Jackie Midlane (Head of Banking and Finance & Projects), with support from Malibuye Cossie (Director), Raghemah Hendricks (Director), Christina Pretorius (Director), Matt Ash (Director), CJ Grey (Senior Associate), Nicole Mc Millan (Senior Associate), Olivia Radford (Senior Associate), Devan Falconer (Associate), Luke Schooling (Associate), Dylan Hampton (Trainee Associate), and Hannah Howell (Trainee Associate).
