Osborne Clarke advised Onepoint on acquisition of IN-IT
The international law firm, Osborne Clarke, has advised Onepoint, a major player in digital transformation, on the legal aspects of its acquisition of IN-IT, a specialist in ServiceNow integration, a cloud platform designed to automate and streamline enterprise workflows.
The transaction enables Onepoint to strengthen its ServiceNow integration capabilities and accelerate its growth strategy focused on artificial intelligence and agentic systems. With this acquisition, Onepoint expands its technological expertise and its ability to support large corporates and mid-sized companies in France and internationally. The deal forms part of Onepoint’s 2029 strategic plan, which aims to establish the company as a European leader in AI, supported by strategic partnerships with leading global technology platforms.
