Ropes & Gray LLP advised Boomi™, a global leader in AI-driven automation, in connection with its definitive agreement to acquire Thru, Inc., a provider of enterprise-grade Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
This strategic acquisition enhances Boomi’s file-based integration capabilities within a unified, cloud-native platform, enabling seamless data movement across APIs, applications, and files. The transaction was announced in a press release dated May 15, 2025.
With over 23,000 customers globally, Boomi supports organizations in automating and streamlining critical processes to accelerate business outcomes.
