The premier, full-service law firm based in Singapore, Shook Lin & Bok’s M&A team acted for Dymon Asia Private Equity in the sale of 100% of its shares in RAM Spreaders to The Longreach Group.
Headquartered in Singapore, RAM is a leading global provider of spreaders and advanced lifting technologies for the container handling equipment market, with five decades of engineering innovation and a strong presence in Asia. This exit comes four years after Shook Lin & Bok advised Dymon Asia Private Equity on its acquisition of RAM in 2022 via a carve-out from a German lifting equipment manufacturer.
