Sidley Advised ABC Impact on Strategic Investment in Ayala Healthcare Holdings

Sidley is advising ABC Impact, a Singapore-based, Asia-focused impact investor backed by Temasek Trust and Temasek, on its approximately 16% strategic investment in Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (AC Health), the healthcare arm of Ayala Corporation, one of the Philippines’ most established conglomerates.

The investment marks ABC Impact’s entry into the Philippine healthcare sector and will support AC Health’s vision of transforming health for every Filipino by building a seamless, integrated healthcare ecosystem, fueling expansion across its core pillars of hospitals, multispecialty clinics, and retail pharmacies.

The Sidley team advising on the transaction is led by partner Alun Evans, with support from Coco Liu and Sarangan Rajesh Kumar.
