Sidley Advised Accelerant Holdings on US$830 Million Initial Public Offering
The global law firm Sidley has advised Accelerant Holdings on the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 34,461,152 Class A common shares at US$21.00 per share, which priced above the estimated range. The Common Shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ARX” on July 24, 2025, and the offering is expected to close on July 25, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. With the successful exercise of the green shoe option, the deal value exceeds US$830 million.
