Sidley advised Accommodations Plus International (API), a global leader in crew accommodation and travel technology solutions, on its sale to Haveli Investments, a technology-focused private equity firm. API serves over 85 airline, cargo, rail, and cruise line clients across more than 700 cities, with a network of 6,000+ hotels and service partners. The acquisition positions API to accelerate its global growth and invest in cutting-edge technology enhancements, further strengthening its leadership in the industry.
