The Global Law Firm, Sidley advised Proalpha Group, a leading provider of ERP and business application solutions for the midmarket, on its acquisition of Insiders Technologies GmbH, a specialist in AI-based document processing and cognitive process automation.

The transaction strengthens Proalpha Group’s Industrial AI platform and adds capabilities in intelligent document classification, extraction, and mailroom workflow automation. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
