The multinational law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates advised Devon Energy, as a minority shareholder, on the closing of WaterBridge’s upsized initial public offering of $677 million, one of the largest IPOs in the energy sector since 2019.
