Stephenson Harwood advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V. on a US$50 million secured revolving credit facility to a subsidiary of Star Bulk Carriers Corp.

The facility, governed by English, Marshall Islands, and Liberian law, involved bespoke structuring and negotiation of a comprehensive suite of customary ship finance security documentation.
