White & Case advised banks on ASTM’s €500 million sustainability-linked bond issuance
The leading global law firm, White & Case LLP, advised Banca Akros, BNP Paribas, CaixaBank, Crédit Agricole CIB, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Morgan, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley, Santander, Société Générale, UBS, and UniCredit, as joint bookrunners, on the issuance by ASTM S.p.A. (ASTM) of €500 million senior unsecured non-convertible notes due 2031.
The notes were issued under ASTM’s €5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme and listed on Euronext Dublin. The transaction forms part of ASTM’s strategy to optimise debt management, extend maturities, and strengthen its financial structure and flexibility.
ASTM is a specialist in motorway network management and the design and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects.
