Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law advised Global Auto for Services and Import on strategic partnership with MAN Truck & Bus SE in Egypt
The prominent and historic Egyptian law firm, Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law advised Global Auto for Services and Import (GASI), a subsidiary of Global Auto Group, on its strategic partnership with MAN Truck & Bus SE and its appointment as the official distributor of MAN in Egypt. The partnership marks a significant step in expanding Global Auto’s footprint in Egypt’s automotive and commercial transport sectors.
The firm provided comprehensive legal support across the transaction, including structuring the partnership, preparing trademark and contractual arrangements, and advising on land acquisition and regulatory approvals for establishing a MAN Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (SSS) center.
The transaction team was led by Hossam T. Hafez (Partner), alongside Mostafa Elbastawissy (Counsel) and Zeina Fawzy (Associate). Senior Partner Shaaban Gaballah and Yassmin Tabanzada (Senior Associate) advised on property and real estate matters.
