Addleshaw Goddard advised Sigla on investment in Attikon Finanz AG

Addleshaw Goddard’s private equity team has advised Sigla on its investment in ATTIKON Finanz AG, a high-growth German commercial insurance brokerage platform.

Established in 2019 through the combination of two regional brokers, ATTIKON has rapidly built a strong multi-specialist position in the German SME insurance market.

Sigla has invested alongside ASTORG, pan-European private equity firm, to support ATTIKON’s next phase of development, including an accelerated acquisition programme, strengthening its digital capabilities, and expanding into complementary service lines.

Sigla’s founders have been long-standing shareholders in ATTIKON and bring established expertise in the brokerage sector.
