Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP advised Coller Capital and Apollo S3 on CVC. Capital Partners’ landmark transaction involving Ahlsell, a Nordic industrial technical products distributor.
Coller Capital and Apollo S3 acted as lead investors in the transaction, alongside Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
The transaction marks, one of the largest in the Nordic region this year, enables CVC’s continued support of Ahlsell and its management team, while providing existing, and new, investors with the opportunity to participate in a high-performing asset with significant potential for further value creation.
