Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP Advised EOG Resources In $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering
Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP advised EOG Resources, Inc. in its underwritten public offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of debt securities, consisting of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.400% Senior Notes due 2031 and $250 million aggregate principal amount of 5.950% Senior Notes due 2055.
The underwritten public offering was completed on November 24, 2025. The net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of maturing senior debt.
