Al Tamimi & Company Bolsters Presence in Oman with OMFA Partnership
Leading legal firm Al Tamimi & Company has further solidified its presence in the Sultanate of Oman through a strategic cooperation agreement with the Oman Manufacturers Association (OMFA). This partnership signifies a commitment to supporting and empowering the nation's vital manufacturing sector.
OMFA, a non-profit organisation, acts as the voice of Oman's diverse manufacturing industry. Through this collaboration, Al Tamimi & Company's extensive legal expertise will be made readily available to OMFA members, providing them with valuable guidance and assistance in navigating the legal landscape of doing business in Oman.
This collaboration promises to provide OMFA members with invaluable legal and business expertise, paving the way for increased growth and success.
The agreement focuses on a two-pronged approach to bolster the capabilities of OMFA's diverse membership. Al Tamimi & Company will offer its extensive legal and contract drafting services, ensuring OMFA members have access to top-tier legal guidance when navigating complex business transactions. In return, OMFA will use its extensive network and expertise to host educational workshops led by Al Tamimi & Company's experienced lawyers concerning subjects like as contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights.
Hilal Al Hinai, Chairman of OMFA, and Ahmed Al Barwani, Partner and Head of Al Tamimi & Company Oman signed the agreement.
