The underwriters have been given the option to purchase up to an additional 913,043 shares of common stock as part of the offering.
Appleby acted as BVI counsel to Ever Fast Holdings Limited with respect to the secondary offering of 6,086,957 shares of Landsea Homes Corporation’s (Nasdaq: LSEA) common stock. The underwriters have been given the option to purchase up to an additional 913,043 shares of common stock as part of the offering.
The sole bookrunning manager for the offering is B. Riley Securities.
Landsea Homes Corporation (LSEA), a Dallas, Texas-based publicly traded residential homebuilder, is known for designing and building sustainable master-planned homes and communities.
