APPLEBY ADVISED LONDONMETRIC ON US PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND EMTN PROGRAMME
APPLEBY ADVISED LONDONMETRIC ON US PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND EMTN PROGRAMME
Appleby has acted as Jersey and Guernsey counsel to LondonMetric Property plc (LondonMetric) in connection with the successful execution of a £150 million US private placement and the establishment of a £3 billion Euro-Medium Term Note programme.
This follows the firm’s involvement in advised LondonMetric on a number of bilateral unsecured facilities.
The combined funding strategy enhances LondonMetric’s financial flexibility, reduces its cost of debt and supports its ongoing investment pipeline.
Jeremy Berchem, relationship partner to LondonMetric, said: “We are delighted to support LondonMetric on these important funding initiatives. The combined private placement and EMTN programme reflect LondonMetric’s credit strength and strategic ambition and highlighted our cross jurisdictional capabilities.”
Appleby has extensive expertise advised on complex financing, capital markets, real estate and structured finance transactions. Appleby’s multi-jurisdictional capabilities allow clients to navigate cross-border legal, regulatory and structuring matters seamlessly.
The Appleby team, led by Jeremy Berchem (Partner) and Daniel Healy (Counsel), included Paula Fry (Counsel), Leona Maharaj (Senior Associate) and Michael Davies (Associate).
