Argus Partners has acted as the legal counsel to Whiteboard Capital Fund in relation to its participation in the USD 16 million Series A funding round of Octopolis Technologies Private Limited.
Octopolis operates a B2B platform for FMCG products under the brand ApnaKlub.
The funding round was led by TrueScale Capital and ICMG Partners. Apart from Whiteboard Capital, it also witnessed participation from Flourish Ventures, Sequoia India's Surge, and Blume Ventures.
The transaction team of Argus Partners comprised Abhinav Bhalaik and Jitendra Soni (partners) and Kopal Agarwal (associate).
