ASAR advised National Investment Company and EFG-Hermes on Trolley General Trading Company’s listing on Boursa Kuwait
The leading corporate law firm based in Kuwait and Bahrain, ASAR advised National Investment Company K.S.C.P. and EFG-Hermes UAE Limited (acting in conjunction with EFG-Hermes UAE LLC) as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners on the sale of shares in Trolley General Trading Company K.S.C.C. and its listing on the Premier Market of Boursa Kuwait.
The transaction reflects continued momentum in Kuwait’s capital markets and highlights public listings as a viable route for shareholder liquidity.
ASAR advised on the Kuwait law aspects of the transaction, including the structuring and execution of the offering, and ensuring compliance with Capital Markets Authority – Kuwait requirements relating to disclosure, marketing, and admission to trading.
