BCLP Advised IForex On Listing On London Stock Exchange
BCLP advised iFOREX on listing on London Stock Exchange
International law firm BCLP has advised iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd, a leading global fintech company developing and operating a proprietary electronic trading platform, on its initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Shares in iFOREX began trading today under the symbol ‘IFRX’.
Itai Sadeh, CEO of iFOREX, said, “Listing on the London Stock Exchange marks a significant milestone for iFOREX. Access to public markets will allow us to remain focused on global expansion and continued platform innovation to deliver lasting value to clients and shareholders.
