Bird & Bird Advised the Sellers on Arlane's Majority Stake Acquisition in Dessintey
International law firm Bird & Bird has advised the sellers (including the founders and Relyens Innovation Santé) on Arlane's majority stake acquisition in Dessintey, a company designing intelligent rehabilitation pathways.
Founded in 2017, Dessintey designs, assembles and distributes neuromotor rehabilitation devices for patients suffering from neurological disorders such as strokes or traumatic brain injuries. The company markets its own equipment as well as third-party products for several European manufacturers and provides maintenance services.
With a team of 25 employees, Dessintey has equipped more than 350 centres in France and Europe (Spain, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Nordic countries), as well as in Asia and the United States. Since its inception, the group, which has established itself as a leading player in motor and cognitive rehabilitation, has experienced strong growth, with a turnover of €10M expected in 2025. In this dynamic, Dessintey is now focusing on accelerating its organic growth, both in France and internationally, as well as expanding its product range, whilst also working to strengthen its distribution network abroad and exploring several external growth opportunities to support its expansion.
Bird & Bird advised Dessintey with a team comprising Felicien Bardsley (Partner) and Inès Louguar (Associate).
ARLANE was advised by Volt Associés, with a team comprising Emmanuel Vergnaud (Partner) and Stéphane Letranchant (Partner) and Gontran Souweine (Associate), Antoine Lhomme (Associate), Gamliel Senoussi (Associate), Julien Humas (Associate), Maïa Rideau (Associate) and Morgane Le Gallic (Associate).
