Clifford Chance Advised 3i Infrastructure plc on its Investment in Lefdal Mine Datacenter
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised 3i Infrastructure plc on its agreement to acquire a majority stake in Lefdal Mine Datacenter, a high-quality Norwegian data centre campus, from a fund managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments. A small portfolio of operating renewable assets is also being acquired as part of this transaction.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Charlotte Madden (Global Co-Head/ Infrastructure) and Alexandra Davidson (Global Head/ Funds), together with Josh Reynolds (Senior Associate/ Private Equity Practice), Erin Hanson (Lawyer), Camilla Blower (Senior Associate), Caitlin Haynes (Associate/ Funds) and Ema Khan (Lawyer). The wider team included colleagues that advised on Tax, Regulation, Antitrust and Real Estate.
