Clifford Chance Advised Lenders on Helios and HFP Take Private of CAB Payments
Global Law firm Clifford Chance advised RMB (Rand Merchant Bank), the corporate and investment banking division of FirstRand Bank Limited, as mandated lead arranger in relation to the financing of Helios Investment Partners and Helios Fairfax Partners Corporation's US$297 million offer to acquire CAB Payments Holdings PLC (the holding company for Crown Agents Bank), a U.K.-listed foreign exchange and cross-border payments business.
