Clifford Chance Advised on The Issuance of PLN 831 Million Credit Linked Notes by MBank S.A.
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised mBank S.A. as issuer in connection with the issuance of credit linked notes with a total nominal value of PLN 831 million (EUR 195.5 million), which were purchased by Stichting PGGM Credit Risk Sharing Fund. The notes were admitted to trading in the alternative trading system on Vienna MTF.
