Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the underwriters in Redwood Trust, Inc.'s (NYSE: RWT) US$100 million offering of 9.500% Senior Notes due 2030.

The Clifford Chance team was led the transaction along with Andrew Epstein (Partner) and Om Pandya (Partner) with Paul Lakkis (Associate). They were supported by Jed Tifft (Associate) and Sarah Basilion (Associate) on capital markets matters and Michael Seaton (Partner) and Allison Kelly (Associate) and Maggie Shi (Associate) on tax matters.
