JF Wealth, an online financial education provider, received legal advice on its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's mainboard, amounting to US$142 million from Clifford Chance, a top-tier international law firm.
The transaction was spearheaded by Clifford Chance partners Christine Xu and Fang Liu, with assistance from counsel Samson Chan, senior associate Qingyu Wu, associates Chloe Lau, Ryan Ho, and Ashley Sun, registered foreign lawyer Aili Zhu, trainee Jasper Zhou, and legal analyst Bryan Lu.
