CLO advised on Sunway Healthcare Holdings Berhad’s RM2.86 Billion Bursa Malaysia listing
The leading Malaysian law firm, CLO acted on the listing of Sunway Healthcare Holdings Berhad on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, marking the largest listing in Malaysia in nearly a decade and raising approximately RM2.86 billion in proceeds. Sunway Healthcare achieved a market capitalisation of approximately RM16.7 billion upon listing.
CLO acted as Underwriters’ Counsel to a broad syndicate of 13 investment banks:
- (i) Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, UBS Singapore, UBS Malaysia, AmInvestment Bank Berhad, HSBC SG and Jefferies Singapore, as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners;
- (ii) Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, CLSA Limited, CLSA Securities Malaysia Sdn Bhd, DBS Bank Ltd., Mizuho Securities Asia Limited, RHB Investment Bank Berhad and United Overseas Bank Limited, as Joint Bookrunners;
- (iii) AmInvestment Bank Berhad and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, as Joint Managing Underwriters; and
- (iv) Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad and RHB Investment Bank Berhad, as Joint Underwriters.
