Covington Advised Data Centre Advisory Group TTSP HWP on Key Merger with MCA

Covington advised German data centre advisory company TTSP HWP, backed by private equity firm Tikehau Capital, on a merger with the Irish data centre advisory firm MCA.

The transaction will create a fully integrated European group for the design, engineering and project delivery of large and complex data centres for hyper-scalers and global digital-infrastructure clients across Europe.
