Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised CRC Group, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Stone Point Capital, on its acquisition of ARC Excess & Surplus, LLC.
CRC Group is one of North America’s largest independent wholesale specialty insurance distributors, providing access to customized insurance products for agents and brokers. The acquisition of ARC Excess & Surplus, a specialty insurance wholesale broker with a strong reputation in professional and management liability coverage, further strengthens CRC’s position in the specialty insurance marketplace.
