The Global Law Firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as financial advisor to Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) in connection with its proposed acquisition of Informatica Inc. (NYSE: INFA), an AI-powered enterprise cloud data management company, in a transaction valued at approximately $8 billion.
Salesforce is a leading customer relationship management (CRM) technology company and this strategic acquisition of Informatica is aimed at expanding its AI and data integration capabilities.
