DLA Piper Advised Argentum On Its Investment In Overwatch Mission Critical

DLA Piper advised growth equity firm Argentum Group on its strategic investment in Overwatch Mission Critical (Overwatch), a leading provider of workforce, construction management, and power solutions to the mission critical and highly regulated data center industry.

Argentum invests in business-to-business software, tech-enabled services, and business services companies. Its investment in Overwatch will support the company’s rapid growth, fund capital equipment purchases and strategic acquisitions, and strengthen its partnerships with hyperscale, enterprise, and government clients.
