DLA Piper Advised Edemsa On Issuance Of Class 3 & 5 Notes
The Notes were issued for a maximum outstanding sum of up to US$400 million (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of value or measure) under the Issuer’s Global Program for the Issuance of Non-Convertible Notes.
DLA Piper advised leading electricity distributor, Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A. (Edemsa), on the issuance of Class 3 and Class 5 Notes.
The Notes were issued for a maximum outstanding sum of up to US$400 million (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of value or measure) under the Issuer’s Global Program for the Issuance of Non-Convertible Notes.
The net proceeds from the issuance of the Notes will be used by Edemsa to invest in infrastructure projects, including but not limited to the development and implementation of the Issuer’s investment plan, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
