DLA Piper Advised Gradial in Series B Financing Aimed at Expanding AI Agent Platform for Marketers
DLA Piper counseled AI enterprise marketing software company Gradial in its US$35 million Series B financing – its second successful round this year – aimed at driving product development and helping grow the company’s team across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions.
The Series B round brings the Seattle-based company’s total funding to US$55 million. The transaction underscores the changing AI landscape and marketers' increasing reliance on the company’s platform to orchestrate teams of AI agents to quickly scale campaign launches and improve the quality of experience for customers.
“It is well known how AI is impacting creation and enabling quicker ideation, but Gradial is focused on the pipes – building an agentic AI tool to solve enterprise problems and revolutionizing how work is done across all industries. We’re proud to assist Gradial as it continues to reimagine how AI can transform enterprise marketing workflows,” said Charles Torres (Partner) Vice Chair of DLA Piper's Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice, who led the deal team.
