DLA Piper Advised Keensight Capital On The Acquisition Of A Majority Stake In ACTICO Group
DLA Piper advised Keensight Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in ACTICO Group. ACTICO’s leadership team and existing shareholder, Bregal Unternehmerkapital Funds (BU Funds), will reinvest alongside Keensight Capital.
ACTICO Group, a well-established player in the DACH market, serves over 300 global clients. The company has achieved strong commercial growth, driven by investments in cloud capabilities, integrability, and AI-driven solutions in collaboration with BU Funds. ACTICO has continued its expansion across Europe while securing new clients in the Americas and Asia as financial institutions increasingly adopt modern solutions to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
With Keensight’s support, ACTICO aims to strengthen its market position, accelerate international growth, and expand its product suite. The company also plans to deepen its partnerships with leading technology providers and explore acquisition opportunities to further its development.
Keensight Capital is a leading pan-European growth buyout investor with over 25 years of experience and €5.5 billion in assets under management. BU Funds, the largest mid-cap investor in the DACH region, has raised €7 billion to date.
