Global law firm DLA Piper advised a leading global Managed Security Service provider, SecurityHQ on a minority investment by private equity firm, Growth Capital Partners.
SecurityHQ, provides a range of security and risk management solutions across the UK, India, UAE, US, South Africa and Australia, and will use the funds to further its innovative suite of solutions and expand its global reach.
Jonathan Watkins, UK Head of Corporate, said: “This deal underscores the strength of our global platform and our bench in cybersecurity and wider technology transactions.
