Dreny and Partners advised New Urban Communities Authority on landmark EGP 20 billion securitization transaction
The leading law firm in Egypt, Dreny and Partners advised New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) on the successful closure of a landmark EGP 20 billion securitization transaction, one of the largest securitizations in the Egyptian market to date. This marks the eighth securitization undertaken by NUCA, reflecting the long-standing professional relationship and continued trust between the parties.
Financial advisors and lead arrangers of the transaction included Al Ahly Pharos - الأهلي فاروس, CI Capital Holding, CIB Egypt, and Arab African International Bank. Underwriters included CIB Egypt, National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Arab African International Bank, Al Baraka Bank Egypt, and Suez Canal Bank. CIB Egypt acted as custodian, while Arab African International Bank acted as bookrunner. Baker Tilly Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar served as the official auditor.
