Dreny and Partners advised Valu on EGP 1,111,500,000 Securitization Transaction
The leading law firm in Egypt, Dreny and Partners advised Valu on the successful closure of its 20th securitization transaction for their consumer finance portfolio, amounting to EGP 1,111,500,000. This transaction forms part of a wider three-year multi-issuance program with a total value of EGP 10 billion.
EFG Hermes Promoting & Underwriting S.A.E acted as the financial advisor and lead arranger of the transaction, with Arab African International Bank, EFG Hermes Promoting & Underwriting S.A.E, and Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait serving as underwriters. Arab African International Bank also acted as the custodian and bookrunner, while Baker Tilly Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar served as the official auditor.
This transaction builds on Dreny and Partners’ long-standing partnership with Valu, enabling the firm to provide strategic support across their key initiatives.
