Dreny & Partners Advised One Finance On EGP 679 Million Securitization Transaction
Dreny & Partners has successfully advised One Finance on the closure of its second securitization transaction for its consumer finance portfolio, amounting to EGP 679 million. This transaction is part of a broader three-year multi-issuance program valued at EGP 3 billion. The securitization was backed by a receivable’s portfolio originated by One Finance, comprising three tranches. Tranche A amounted to EGP 198.9 million, rated (P1), Tranche B was valued at EGP 244.4 million, rated (AA), and Tranche C was valued at EGP 235.7 million, rated (A), with all ratings provided by the Middle East Ratings and Investors Service (MERIS).
Commercial International Bank (CIB) Egypt acted as the financial advisor, custodian, bookrunner, lead arranger, and underwriter for the transaction, while Baker Tilly Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar served as the official auditor.
