The leading law firm in Egypt, Dreny & Partners advised ValU on its 19th securitization transaction amounting to EGP 735 million, which forms part of a wider 3-year multi-issuances program with a total value of EGP 4 billion
EFG Hermes Promoting & Underwriting S.A.E acted as the financial advisor and lead arranger, while Arab African International Bank and EFG Hermes Promoting & Underwriting S.A.E acted as underwriters. Arab African International Bank also served as the custodian and bookrunner, with Baker Tilly Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar acting as the official auditor for the transaction.
