Duane Morris Advised Controlled Thermal Resources in Signing its Merger Agreement to Take the U.S. Critical Minerals and Energy Company Public
Duane Morris LLP advised Controlled Thermal Resources Holdings Inc., an emerging leader in U.S. critical minerals and clean geothermal energy development, in its definitive business combination agreement with Plum Acquisition Corp. IV (Nasdaq: PLMK), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. When the transaction closes (expected in the second half of 2026), Controlled Thermal Resources will become a U.S. publicly traded company listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “CTRH.”
The team of lawyers representing Controlled Thermal Resources was led by Andy Tucker (Partner, Washington, D.C.) and Rebekah D. McCorvey (Partner, Atlanta).
